Orders are printed on demand within 1 - 3 days of receipt. We ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Tracking details are provided for your convenience.

We want you to love your Black Girl Merit™ purchase—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Returned items will be eligible for store credit only, we do not offer cash refunds.

To be eligible for store credit, returned items must be: Unworn and unwashed; In original condition with tags still attached; Free of damage, stains, or odors. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email with your store credit code, which can be used on any future purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
